Don’t give up…Life is indeed beautiful!!!!

After reading Preeti’s post here I felt that I should share my views with you guys.

Loneliness…depression…..how many times we have heard about this…how many times we have experienced this….but yet some of us keep moving on….whereas some of us decide to END their lives!!!

We have everything…a good qualification,a big house, a secured job, no financial burden…but yet a part of us craves for something…what is that something….that something is “LOVE”…yes the “FOUR-LETTER” word….which has the power to make or break one’s life forever!!!!

Some people are very lucky…they are born in a family where they are showered with love….and more and more love….however, few unfortunate people have to deal with families which are overstrict…

Children brought up in strict families tend to rebel…and they are the victim of loneliness and depression.
Parents don’t allow children to mingle with friends, some families don’t recognize the need for a girl child to have friends…they are against every move of their children…The result… children become fearful, shy or highly rebellious by nature.

Such children tend to look out for love in every other person (of the opposite sex) they meet. They love… the care and pampering received from the outside world attracts them as a magnet. This attraction leads to early marriages…..(both in the case of girls and boys, but more in case of girls). Girls especially, don’t realize their mistake, until it’s too late.

Once they realize the mistake where do they go?????  The parents will not support them….nor will the society allow them to live peacefully…..then what should they do????

Since they might have got married early, their education might also be incomplete…now what??
They don’t have any financial support. The situation worsens if the girl has a child along with her.

So finally what is the solution…to take away one’s life…right….yes one of the easiest….or should I say difficult decision!!!!!!

What can we do for such people??
One thing that we can do is to be with them….rather than taunting or criticizing them…we should talk with them…listen to them….help them in any way we can.

I would like to request all parents…..“Trust you children, love them and be with them……no matter what the situation is. You are the living GOD for them…they look up to you for everything. Please talk to them…ask them what are their fears…what is it that they  love and and what is it that they hate. Let them express themselves in front of you”

The more you suppress the spring….the more vigorously it bounces back.

To others who are depressed….or alone….“Please don’t take the decision of ending your life….your life is precious…you can do a lot…just that you need to look around…ask for help…. Take up some new hobby, write down your thoughts, face your fears……but DON’T GIVE UP”

To end this post….I would like to thank my dear sister, Preeti, Jack uncle,Prema. and all my friends…for being there with me….for helping me in restoring my faith….and giving me this new life!!!!!!

Love,
Gayu
