Q&A session

The final prompt….huh…I will miss these Preeti.

Here it goes….

If you had Rs.50,000 to just blow up (you have to spend it on YOURSELF. Giving to Charity or buying gifts for others not allowed), what would you spend it on and why?

Perfect….50k….wow…I would buy a nice teakwood Bookshelf. I have so many books at home…err my room looks like a mini book store. I need some space to store the books.

Name three of your closest friends (not family or spouse) and say why you love them.

I would like to add three more to this list…and make it six…

Prema…she has always been with me…through ups and downs. She is a darling. I had written about her here.

Sangita, I’ve learnt a lot from her. I’ve never seen her complaining or cribbing about something. Give her any situation…and she will always focus on the positive side.

Mayur, he is special in his own way…there is a strange telepathy between we both. That’s the thing that continues to amaze me. I admire him for his patience, intelligence…and above all his humility.

Suresh, he is my BOSS, yes you heard it right. I’ve never come across such a person till date in my professional life. We can keep on talking on and on…we never really need a topic. Just anything…and we have so much to share. The best thing is his practical outlook towards life. His happy go lucky nature packed with good sense of humour makes him the best buddy. I sometimes wonder if he really is my Team Leader.

They say friends are angels sent by God…to show us a way….and I believe it’s true…for God sent me two most important people in my life after my family, Preeti and Jack uncle…you know how special you both are to me…J

Name three books which have profoundly affected you and which you would recommend to everyone to read.

The Monk Who Sold his Ferrari-Robin Sharma, a wonderful story…which teaches you to explore your inner world, change for the better…and lead a fulfilling life.

The Secret-Rhonda Byrne, this book is a must have. It teaches us the most important thing…”GRATITUDE”. This book taught me to be grateful for whatever I have, and focus on what I want…and work towards it with faith and positive outlook.

Life Is What You Make It, Preeti Shenoy, an inspiring story of Ankita. Ankita taught me…that we can fight anything in life….if we have the determination and willpower to do so.

I still refer to the above mentioned books, when I feel low…when I am lost…when I need that push.

If you know for certain that you can never ever fail, what would you attempt to do?

I am not sure with this….because many a times perfectly planned things can fail. I want to start an NGO, for the kids who work as house help. This is my dream.

What is THE ONE THING that you want very very badly?

More TIME for blogging…..yes I have so many random thoughts penned down in my diary, I want to post them here…but lack of time. I need a break for 10-15 days and just want to write…write…and write….!!!!!

Preeti, it was fun taking part in this Tuesday Prompts and you guys out there so take part….it’s interesting:)
