O Krishna- Guest Post 3

I
made grand plans of celebrations with ‘Guest Posts’ on my blog. I contacted the
bloggers whom I admire and lot and many of them immediately sent me the
blogposts. However, sometimes your plans may not get executed for reasons
beyond your control. Last week daughter dear had a tooth extraction followed by
fever and vomiting. Just when I thought it all settled down I got fever, sore
throat and body ache. Perhaps my body and mind needed some rest…but now I am
back and so is my daughter all getting ready for another tooth extraction this
week. (Separate post on Dental Hygiene soon.) Without wasting much time, let me introduce our next Guest Blogger.

Those
who follow my blog and know me personally would also know how much I love ‘Poetry’.
Suzy Que is one such blogger, whose poetry has always touched my heart. The way
she beautifully weaves the words in the string of poetry, amuses me.

Join
me in welcoming Suzy Que who blogs at Someday Somewhere and Reflections of mySoul.

O
Krishna
Thanks Gayatri for this opportunity to guest post on
your blog. I am so honoured. I love poetry and most of my poems are of a
spiritual nature as my poems are my way of showing my love and devotion to God.

I hope you all enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed
writing it.

O Krishna, play your bansuri (flute)

That brings me so much joy

That universal melody

That makes my spirit fly

O Krishna, play your bansuri

To soothe my weary soul

That universal melody

That makes my spirit whole

O Krishna, play your bansuri

That brings me eternal peace

That universal melody

That never fails to please

O Krishna, play your bansuri

To awaken my ignorant mind

That universal melody

That bliss I always find!
