I am a professional storyteller and creative writer. I work as an emotional wellness coach with individuals, parents, children and teens. My personal journey of recovery from depression encouraged me to become a therapist and work with others facing similar challenges. In this blog I share my personal opinions on parenting, relationships and hope to create an awareness about mental health challenges.
